Carpet tile is the smart choice anywhere a single damaged or humidity-stained section would normally mean ripping up an entire room. Squares snap into place, install in hours instead of days, and a stained or damaged tile pops out and gets replaced individually. The modular, moisture-tolerant backing also handles our humid air far better than broadloom, which makes it our default recommendation for Florida rooms, home offices, and converted garages.

We install stretch-in broadloom over fresh moisture-resistant 8-pound pad, glue-down commercial carpet, carpet tiles, and stair runners. Every job includes power-stretching (not just a knee kicker), heat-bonded seams, and full removal/disposal of the old carpet - and we always check the subfloor for moisture before we lay a new pad, which matters more here than almost anywhere else in the country. Most homes are finished in a single day.
